FistBump is operated by The Accountable Habit Company LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). We provide AI-powered video creation tools and a creator rewards program using $BUMP tokens.
To participate in our rewards program, you must:
- Maintain "FistBump" in your social media bio while participating
- Create original, authentic content using our tools
- Comply with all applicable social media platform terms
- Provide accurate information for reward claims
- Engage authentically with your audience
- Not use bots, fake accounts, or artificial engagement
Our $BUMP rewards program operates as follows:
- Rewards are based on verified 7-day view counts
- Only one claim per video is allowed
- Content must pass our authenticity verification
- Reward amounts may be adjusted at our discretion
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate rewards for policy violations
- Processing typically takes up to 14 business days after verification
$BUMP tokens have no guaranteed monetary value. Participate at your own discretion.
Content & Intellectual Property
While you retain ownership of content you create, by using our platform you grant us a broad, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
- Post, distribute, and promote your content across any social media platform
- Process, analyze, and verify your content for any business purpose
- Use your content in promotional materials, advertisements, and marketing
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from your content
- Use aggregated or individual data for platform improvements and analytics
- Sublicense these rights to third parties as needed for platform operation
Our Intellectual Property: We retain exclusive ownership of all AI tools, algorithms, platform technology, generated content templates, and any improvements or modifications made to your content through our platform. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or recreate any aspect of our technology.
Content created using our AI tools incorporates our proprietary technology and remains subject to these licensing terms even after download.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using bots or artificial means to inflate engagement
- Creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple rewards
- Misrepresenting view counts or engagement metrics
- Violating platform terms of social media sites
- Creating harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content
- Attempting to exploit or abuse our reward system
We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
- Suspend accounts for policy violations
- Update these terms as needed
- Refuse service to anyone at our discretion
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Our service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for:
- Social media platform policy changes or account suspensions
- Content performance or view counts on external platforms
- Technical issues beyond our reasonable control
- Third-party platform decisions affecting your content
Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
